1. Of course if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a thirty day money back guarantee.  We will gladly refund your purchase price (less shipping charges).

2. Please call 800 ......
   You will need to provide the model number and serial number found on the nameplate of the unit.

3. Instructions on prepping package for return: Note: Do not return the product before receiving proper authorization i.e. an RGA Number.  The instructions below are general, please refer to actual instruction you will receive from us.
   1. Package the product in its original shipping carton (if the original box is no longer available use a rigid box with flaps intact and use adequate cushioning material).
   2. Include all original parts manuals and materials.
   3. Include a copy of the packaging list (if not available, on a blank piece of paper write both the ship to and return addresses) and place inside the box.
   4. Use strong tape designed for shipping (Do not use string or paper over-wrap).
   5. On the outside of the box write your RGA number and your from address and our ship to address
   6. Blot out or remove any old shipping labels.
   7. If you received a UPS Label from us, attach the UPS Return Shipping Label. The shipping label is inside a clear UPS envelope. Peel off the backing from the envelope and attach to the top side of the package (try to avoid creases for a smooth label). Buff down the envelope for it to stick well. OR if prefer you can pay for returning the product at a UPS store.
   8. Drop off at a UPS station.  Please use UPS as the shipper.

    

4. Once we have received the product we will issue you a refund.  The refund is usually  issued back to the credit card you originally used to purchase your product or by check.  Note the day from which we issue a refund to the day your credit card company credits your account will vary.
